"Taking Action on My Passion" Contest Details

In an email, please put "Taking Action on My Passion" in the subject line and address the email to divas@venusimaging.com. In the body of the email, please send us:

• Your First and Last Name
• Email Address
• Phone # With Area Code
• Address, City and State of Residence
• Age
• Finally, tell us what you are passionate about and how you are taking action in 300 words or less. 

Contest Rules

• Entries must be received by midnight on March 17, 2006
• One winner will be selected and notified via email and telephone no later then April 1, 2006
• All stories are property of Amaze Magazine and Venus Imaging, LLC and by entering you give permission for Amaze to publish your story. 
• There is no compensation for entries
• Incomplete entries will not be considered
• Amaze staff and moderators are ineligible for the contest

Travel Details

The "Taking Action on My Passion" contest is sponsored by, Life Success Navigators.

The winner will receive a travel vacation booklet outlining all the possible destinations to choose from. The vacation package is valued from $700-800 and the winner can choose from over 60 destinations in the United States. Amenities vary by the destination, some restrictions apply and taxes are the responsibility of the winner. Travel must be completed by July 2006.

Your redemption reply card and information must be submitted online or postmarked at least 35 days prior to your earliest requested arrival date at the resort or hotel. Your request cannot be submitted more than 90 days in advance of your arrival date. Telephone and fax redemptions cannot be accepted

Resort/hotel nights must be used consecutively. Multiple redemption reply cards may be used back to back at different resorts or hotels. There are not blackout periods. Reservations are subject to availability during holidays, special events, Conventions, or heavily booked periods. That’s why we ask you to provide alternate resort/hotel selections with dates for each. When you provide three different hotel selections with dates for each you will be guaranteed a confirmed reservation at one of your selected hotels.

Travel to and from the resort or hotel is not included, and is your responsibility.

At least one member of the party must be 21 years of age or older. The number and ages of children occupying the same room as their parents or adults guardians may vary according to local fire code and hotel. Certain resorts or hotels may impose a maximum total of four guests per room. The resort of hotel may also charge a fee for the use of a rollaway bed or crib.
