A young mother is showing her little girl her wedding dress. It wasn't that long ago, but things have changed drastically. For one thing, she's gone from a svelte 6 to a luscious 14.

Oh no! How did this HAPPEN?

Easy. Kids. A guy who expects to eat at least three times a day. A child who lives on spaghetti O's and double-cheese-pizza. A baby who's at his sparkling best at 3:00 in the morning. A job. Laundry. Bills. No time for the gym. You name it. You've got it.

Time for a reality check!

What happened?

LIFE happened. Love happened. You'll probably never fit into that size 6 gown again.

So what?

You're more gorgeous than ever. You've become a woman. And that's way more important than size 6.

When you're ready, you'll find time for the gym. When the kids are ready, they'll turn on to healthy stuff, and you'll never be forced to eat high-carb, high-fat leftovers and old Halloweeen candy anymore. Maybe.

Little bitty dresses may never come again. But look how your heart has grown! Did you ever think you could love or do so much? Is there anything more beautiful than a fully grown up woman?

I don't think so.

And if you don't believe me, ask the kids. Ask your guy. I bet they think you're beautiful.
